Insolation Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy has received letters of intent (LoIs) for commissioning of gridconnected solar power plants under the PM-KUSUM Component A Scheme.
The projects include associated 11 KV lines connecting the plants to various 33/11 KV substations and integration of remote monitoring systems (RMS). The contracts involving the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25-year operation and maintenance of projects, cover 20 sites under Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JVVNL) and 115 sites under Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam (AVVNL), totalling a combined capacity of 226.45 MW.
The final levelised tariffs are set at Rs 3.04 per unit for 16 sites, Rs 2.82 for five sites, Rs 2.75 for 53 sites, and Rs 2.60 for 61 sites. The projects are scheduled for execution by the financial year 2026–27, with an estimated investment of approx. Rs. 750 crore. This initiative reinforces the company’s strategic footprint in renewable energy infrastructure across Rajasthan.
