Jay Bharat Maruti will make a phased investment ranging between Rs 300 crore to Rs 350 crore to set up two manufacturing plants in Haryana and Gujarat which will cater to the requirements of Maruti Suzuki in both the regions.

The plants will be commissioned at Kharkhoda, Sonipat in Haryana and SMG Suppliers' Park in Gujarat. The Sonipat facility will provide capacity enhancement for Maruti Suzuki's new manufacturing plant at IMT Kharkhoda, which is scheduled for commissioned by FY25.

The company will also set up a facility in the new Gujarat facility for supplying auto assemblies.

Jay Bharat Maruti, which operates as a joint venture (JV) between JBM Group and Maruti Suzuki India, is engaged in manufacturing key auto systems such as chassis and suspension systems, exhaust systems, welded assemblies for Maruti Suzuki India.
