Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has secured significant orders in India, including a large-scale IT park development in Bengaluru and a mixed-use project in Mumbai. 

The Bengaluru IT park spans 5.9 million sq. ft. and will be delivered in two phases on a lumpsum turnkey basis. The project features six 14-storey towers with A-grade office spaces designed to meet USGBC New Building Platinum LEED certification for sustainability. The scope covers civil works, unitised façade glazing, architectural lighting, electromechanical services including HVAC, electrical, elevators, GIS substation, solar PV, and extensive landscaping. 

Meanwhile, the Mumbai order involves constructing a mixeduse development with a 45-month completion timeline. These wins highlight L&T’s expertise in managing complex, large-scale projects while meeting stringent deadlines, reinforcing its leadership in India’s infrastructure and commercial building sectors.
