Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement for a new property—Lemon Tree Hotel, Gandhidham, Gujarat.
The hotel will be operated by its wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels. This upcoming hotel will feature 54 well-appointed rooms, restaurants, banquet space, and recreational amenities including a swimming pool and a spa. Conveniently located, the hotel is well connected by road, catering to both public and private transport users.
Vilas Pawar, CEO of managed and franchise business at Lemon Tree Hotels, stated that this expansion supports the company’s strategic growth in Gujarat, where it already operates nine properties and has 19 more under development. The move aligns with Lemon Tree’s broader vision to provide refreshing, comfortable stays across India, including in cities of all tiers. Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) is among India’s largest hotel chains, operating across various market segments. Its seven brands include Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, and the Keys brand series.
