Saboo Sodium Chloro (SSCL) has commenced full-scale construction of Samskara Bagru, a five-star resort featuring 225 suite rooms and villas over seven acres on Ajmer Road in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Approved by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) for commercial land conversion and architectural plans, the project is managed with advanced cloud-based technology. Samskara Bagru, expected to open by August 2027, will cater to the thriving wedding and business tourism market near SEZ Jaipur. As part of the Samskara brand, SSCL, through its associate Villashare Tech, aims to expand its portfolio to over 1,000 luxury keys across Rajasthan. The resort will offer amenities such as pool villas, banquet halls, spa, gym, MICE facilities, restaurants, and family entertainment.

Benefiting from Rajasthan government subsidies exceeding Rs 12.5 crore over 10 years, the project will create approx. 450 work opportunities, reinforcing its economic and social impact on the region.
