Lemon Tree Hotels, India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hospitality brand, has announced the signing of its latest property – Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Saj by the Lake – located at Malshej Ghat, Maharashtra.

This marks the first collaboration with SAJ Hotels, part of a broader expansion strategy across the state. Nestled in the scenic Western Ghats, the hotel offers 55 well-appointed rooms, a resto bar, banquet and open event space, a spa, and a swimming pool. Aimed at both business and leisure travellers, the hotel provides a tranquil setting surrounded by nature, waterfalls, and nearby attractions such as Shivneri Fort, Ajoba Hill Fort, and Pimpalgaon Joga Dam.

The property will be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels, bolstering the Group’s Maharashtra portfolio, which now includes 13 operational and 11 upcoming properties.
