Lemon Tree Hotels announced that its material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels, has been declared the successful bidder by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) through a letter of award dated August 14, 2025.
The e-auction pertains to a 2.2-acre land parcel at Nehru Place, where the company will develop and operate a luxury five-star hotel under its upper upscale brand, Aurika. The property, to be branded “Aurika, Nehru Place,” will mark the debut of Aurika in the National Capital Region, significantly expanding Lemon Tree’s upscale footprint.
With over 500 rooms and suites, Aurika, Nehru Place is positioned to be among Delhi’s largest hotels. It will feature signature dining options, expansive banqueting facilities, and leisure amenities, designed in line with the elegance of Aurika, Mumbai SkyCity but infused with a distinctive Delhi identity.
Strategically located in the heart of the city, the hotel will serve both business and leisure travelers, benefiting from seamless connectivity. This development reinforces Lemon Tree’s presence in NCR, cementing its role as a leading player in India’s hospitality segment.
