The Lulu IT Twin Towers, scheduled for inauguration on June 28 in SmartCity, Kakkanad, are poised to transform Kerala’s commercial and IT ecosystem. Constructed at a cost of Rs 1,500 crore across 12.74 acres, the 152-mtrs.-high structures collectively offer a massive 35 lakh sq. ft. of premium office space—making them south India’s tallest IT twin towers.
Designed as a cutting-edge tech ecosystem, the towers are equipped with futuristic features such as the world’s largest robotic parking system, expansive recreational areas, a massive food court, and built-in sustainability solutions. "There are 33 floors, including three levels of car parking," said Abhilash Valiyavalappil, CEO and Director of Lulu IT Parks. “In a way, the twin towers are an IT park by themselves. One with grandeur at its best.”
With 10 percent of the space already leased by four companies and talks ongoing with several others, the project is set to become a major business hub in the region. The towers are designed to attract top-tier global IT players, making them the single largest commercial space in Kerala.
