The Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company (MSETCL) has invited bids for the empanelment of turnkey/EPC contractors for the execution of operation & maintenance (O&M) capex works at various extra high voltage (EHV) substations up to 220 kV level.
The scope of the tender includes comprehensive execution of capital works related to O&M at substations across seven EHV Project Circle O&M Zones of MSETCL in Maharashtra. These works are intended to enhance substation reliability, improve power transmission efficiency, and ensure better asset management across the high-voltage power infrastructure.
The total estimated contract value is Rs 115.54 crore, and the empanelment will be valid for a period of two years—FY 2025–26 and 2026–27. The contract model follows an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) approach, with contractors responsible for end-to-end implementation.
The closing date for bid submissions is 04 August, 2025.
