The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), under its CSR initiative, has partnered with Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) to develop an 11-storey multispecialty hospital block and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Centre at ACTREC campus, Navi Mumbai.
The Rs 380 crore project, spanning 2.4 lakh sq. ft., will be constructed by Larsen & Toubro and is expected to be completed by July 2027. It will feature a 60-bed BMT centre, becoming one of India’s largest and South Asia’s biggest cancer care facilities. The centre aims to treat approx. 1.3 lakh outpatients annually and conduct over 600 bone marrow transplants each year, providing care free or at minimal cost. Besides the BMT unit, the new hospital block will also house the out-patient department (OPD) for ACTREC.
NSE CEO Ashishkumar Chauhan highlighted the partnership’s significance in supporting cancer patients. The project received environmental clearance (EC) in September and construction approval in October 2025.
