Sobha Developers, the Bangalore based real estate company, has launched a
luxury residential project. Christened ‘Sobha Classic’, it is located in the
Sarjapur road area of Bangalore.
The project sprawled over 6.9 acre comprises three blocks with 243
residential flats. The project is expected to be completed by December 2013.
Sobha Classic will have a range of amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool,
steam room, jogging track, meditation room and two community halls (indoor &
outdoor).
Sobha has 27 ongoing residential projects in 9.09 million sq ft with 4.45
million sq ft of contractual projects area under various stages of construction.
