The Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) has re-invited bids for the development and operation of a green hydrogen generation unit (GHGU) at its refinery in Numaligarh, Assam. The project will be executed on a build, own, and operate (BOO) basis, with the selected developer responsible for supplying gaseous green hydrogen (GGH) to the refinery.
