Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has invited bids for the hiring of water-based drilling fluid (WBDF) engineering services, including supply of associated chemicals, for its Western Offshore assets.

The contract, spanning a duration of three years from 2026 to 2029, is designed to support the company’s drilling operations with specialized fluid management solutions. ONGC seeks technically qualified service providers capable of delivering end-to-end WBDF services to ensure operational efficiency, wellbore stability, and environmental compliance. 

The scope of work covers engineering expertise, chemical supplies, logistics, and real-time support during drilling campaigns. The tender aligns with ONGC’s strategy to enhance offshore drilling performance while maintaining sustainability standards.
