Organic Recycling Systems (ORSL), a leader in waste valorisation and bioenergy solutions, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Punjab Renewable Energy Systems (PRESPL), a prominent Indian bio-energy enterprise.
This partnership aims to develop and implement bio-gas and compressed bio-gas (CBG) projects across India and potential international markets. ORSL, known for its innovative technologies and large-scale waste management projects, will provide technology, engineering, procurement & construction (TEPC) services, while PRESPL will manage the biomass supply chain, drawing on its expertise in biomass sourcing and fuel management. Together, the two companies will offer end-to-end solutions, from feedstock assessment and supply chain logistics to technology deployment and plant operations.
The collaboration is expected to advance India’s renewable energy transition, creating sustainable waste-to-energy solutions and enhancing the nation’s biofuel capacity. The MoU leverages both companies' strengths to accelerate the transition to renewable energy, ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable bioenergy projects.
