Oil India has issued a tender for setting up a 125 tonne per day (TPD) mixed municipal solid waste-based (MSW) compressed biogas (CBG) plant at Jorhat, Assam, on a commercial basis.
The tender is part of the company's initiative to promote sustainable energy solutions, and reflects Oil India's commitment to supporting eco-friendly initiatives and enhancing clean energy infrastructure in India. The plant will be designed in accordance with the latest guidelines from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to meet the standards required for qualification under the 'Blue' category.
The last date for submission of bids is 12 November, 2025.
