Oswal Energies has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Deendayal Port Authority (Kandla-Gandhidham) to develop green hydrogen, green methanol, green ammonia, and a 100 MLD desalination plant under the National Green Energy Initiative.
The partnership aims to advance India’s clean energy transition and support its net-zero and energy self-reliance goals. Ratan Bokadia, Managing Director of Oswal Energies, described the collaboration as a transformative milestone that strengthens the company’s commitment to sustainable innovation through advanced technologies and strategic alliances.
The MoU was formally exchanged during India Maritime Week 2025, organised by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways in Mumbai, in the presence of senior representatives from both organisations, including Oswal Energies’ Director Dixit Bokadia and Chief Strategic Officer M Suresh.
The initiative reflects Oswal Energies’ evolution from a conventional oil and gas firm to a next-generation green energy enterprise.
