PBEL Property Development India is setting up the PBEL City near the Chilkur
lake in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh).
The township spread across 25 acre will offer 763 apartments comprising 2 and
3 BHK units. The project will also include pent houses and duplex units. The
Phase I of the project which includes 363 apartments is likely to be completed
by April 2011.
Some of the amenities offered are a super market, doctor's clinic, swimming
pool with toddler pool, gymnasium, volley ball and basket ball courts.
