Pavna Industries, a leading automotive components manufacturer has acquired an additional 1.89 acres of land near Jewar Airport, Uttar Pradesh.
The move is aligned with its longterm expansion strategy in one of India’s fastest-growing industrial corridors. Managing Director Swapnil Jain stated that “each addition to the company’s landholding near Jewar Airport represents a considered step in capacity expansion and value creation.” He added that the acquisition strengthens Pavna’s manufacturing and innovation base while supporting scalability as the region evolves into an industrial hub.
Founded in 1994 as Pavna Locks, the company manufactures automotive components including ignition switches, fuel tank caps, latches, oil pumps, throttle bodies, and casting components. Its clients include Bajaj, Honda, TVS, Mahindra, Royal Enfield, and Ashok Leyland. With manufacturing plants in Aligarh, Aurangabad, and Pantnagar, Pavna also exports to the US, Italy, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
