Prestige Group has acquired 62.5 acres of prime land in Indirapuram Extension in the National Capital Region (NCR). This strategic acquisition will help expands its footprint in the NCR. The cost of acquisition amounts to Rs 468 crore, and also has a revenue share component.

This project will be branded under ‘The Prestige City’ format, offering residents a lifestyle experience in a large township with a mix of residential, retail, school and recreational spaces. This large-format project spans over 10 million sq. ft. of saleable area, and the estimated gross development value (GDV) is Rs 10,000 crore. It will launch the project within the next two quarters and expect to complete the development in four years.

The acquired land will be developed primarily as residential, complemented by education and retail. This aligns with Prestige Group's vision to create integrated urban communities which redefine modern living. ‘The Prestige City Indirapuram’ will set new benchmarks in this geography. 

Extending 'The Prestige City' brand to NCR following its resounding success in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad underscores the Group's commitment to offering large-format integrated townships and developments. Prestige Group, operating in more than 12 major locations in India has a diversified business model across various segments, viz. residential, office, retail, hospitality, property management and warehouses.

The Group has completed 300 projects comprising a developable area of 188 million sq. ft.
