Prestige Group has acquired 62.5 acres of prime land in Indirapuram Extension in the National Capital Region (NCR). This strategic acquisition will help expands its footprint in the NCR. The cost of acquisition amounts to Rs 468 crore, and also has a revenue share component.
This project will be branded under ‘The Prestige City’ format, offering residents a lifestyle experience in a large township with a mix of residential, retail, school and recreational spaces. This large-format project spans over 10 million sq. ft. of saleable area, and the estimated gross development value (GDV) is Rs 10,000 crore. It will launch the project within the next two quarters and expect to complete the development in four years.
The acquired land will be developed primarily as residential, complemented by education and retail. This aligns with Prestige Group's vision to create integrated urban communities which redefine modern living. ‘The Prestige City Indirapuram’ will set new benchmarks in this geography.
