DAC Developers has pre-launched Prospera by DAC, a landmark luxury residential community in Porur, Chennai, set to become India’s first women-friendly housing project.

The project comprises 165 finely-crafted apartments in a Stilt + five floors layout, each designed to elevate everyday comfort and security. To be officially launched on 25, 26, and 27 April, 2025 Prospera integrates progressive design with exclusive amenities to cater to women’s lifestyle and safety needs.The pre-launch, held on 19 April, drew over 4,000 attendees.

Prospera introduces several pioneering features, including She-Corner, a dedicated women-only zone for relaxation and networking, a surveillance-enabled crèche with live camera access, and a women-exclusive gym.

Further distinguishing itself, Prospera homes come with future-ready smart amenities like robotic vacuum cleaners, lifestyle kitchens with customisable layouts, private terraces for leisure and gardening, and dedicated zones for yoga, meditation, and learning. Community-centric spaces such as a mini theatre and learning centre add to the holistic living experience.
