RITES, a leading transport infrastructure consultancy organisation, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bengaluru-based iSky Transport Systems to jointly explore and implement advanced infrastructure projects across India.

This strategic collaboration will primarily focus on urban mobility, container logistics, and material handling solutions, aiming to deliver efficient, eco-friendly, and cost-effective transportation systems. The partnership combines RITES’s extensive expertise in infrastructure consultancy and large-scale project execution with iSky Transport’s innovative approach, particularly its Suspended String Rail Technology, to address the growing demand for sustainable urban transport solutions.

Both entities plan to work collaboratively on projects which will leverage their combined strengths in technological innovation and operational excellence, facilitating the development of transformative transport infrastructure. The alliance is expected to accelerate the adoption of next-generation transport technologies in India, aligning with the country's vision of promoting green mobility and modernizing urban logistics.

Through this MoU, RITES and iSky aim to provide scalable and sustainable transport models that will enhance urban connectivity and streamline logistics operations across key sectors.
