Radhika Heights, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Ravinder Heights, has received HARERA licenses for two affordable residential plotted colonies under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) in Gurugram, Haryana.
The first license (No. RC/HARERA/GGM/730/462/2023/74) pertains to a 39.43125-acre project in Village Harsaru, Sector 89A, titled “Bestech City 1 – a Joint Development of Bestech and Ravinder Heights Limited Group”, developed in collaboration with Bestech India and subsidiaries Nirmala Buildwell, Radicura Infra, Cabana Construction, and Sunanda Infra.
The second license, also under the same number, covers a 12.3812-acre project in the same Sector, named “Bestech City 2 – a Joint Development of Bestech and Ravinder Heights Limited Group”, jointly developed by Radhika Heights, Nirmala Buildwell, Cabana Construction, and Bestech India. Both projects mark a major milestone in delivering affordable housing in Gurugram under DDJAY.
