RailTel Corporation of India has selected Techno Electric & Engineering Co. (TECL) as its managed service data centre partner for setting up data centre in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The letter of intent (LoI) was issued on 31 May, 2025. As per the LoI, RailTel will receive revenue share on fixed percentage basis.
The 10 MW data centre will be developed in phases on RailTel’s land in Noida through an open tender process on a revenue sharing model.
The period of contract will be 30 years including implementation time period, and may be further extended with mutual consent between RailTel and TECL.
