Royal Orchid Hotels (ROHL) has launched its latest property, Regenta Central Shivani, in Solapur—an industrial and commercial hub in south-western Maharashtra. This marks ROHL’s fourth property launch in the state in 2025, reinforcing its expansion strategy.

Located just four hours from Pune and Hyderabad, and close to temples like Tuljapur and Pandharpur, the hotel is well-positioned for both tourism and business traffic.
