Sarovar Hotels, in partnership with Prime Land Estates, has signed a new 100-key property, Sarovar Portico Gwalior, furthering its expansion into Central India.

Scheduled to open in 2026, the hotel is part of the Garden City township development in Gwalior and aims to offer a balance of modern amenities and regional heritage.

The announcement comes amid Sarovar Hotels’ expansion strategy in 2025, with multiple signings across India. The Gwalior property will strengthen Sarovar’s presence in Madhya Pradesh, targeting both business and leisure travelers.
