Sabari Constructions, Andhra Pradesh, has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) by Central Public Works Department for a major educational infrastructure project.

The contract with a value of Rs 234.36 crore involves the construction of various buildings, bulk services, and development works within the campus of the Regional Institute of Education (RIE) for NCERT at Kanupur Bit-II, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. The project will be executed on an EPC  mode on a turnkey basis, ensuring the contractor is responsible for the complete design, construction, and delivery of the facility.   

The development aims to enhance educational infrastructure in the region by providing modern, fully equipped academic and administrative buildings, along with supporting utilities and campus amenities. Once completed, the RIE campus is expected to serve as a hub for teacher education, research, and training, aligning with NCERT’s mandate to improve school education standards across the country.
