Salzer Electronics has received a second order worth Rs 50 crore for smart energy meters from a major advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP) in India.
This follows an initial Rs five-crore order in the previous quarter, highlighting continued trust in Salzer’s products and manufacturing capabilities. With an annual production capacity of four million smart meters, Salzer’s newly established facility is equipped to meet growing demand in India’s evolving energy sector.

As India's largest manufacturer of CAM operated rotary switches and wire ducts, the company operates four manufacturing facilities in Coimbatore, with a strong R&D team and a global distribution network.
