Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has inked a joint venture with Kanodia Group's KREEVA (Kanodia Real Estate Venture Arm) to develop a luxury residential project in Sector-46, Gurugram, Haryana. This collaboration aligns to the company's vision of expanding its footprint across India. 

Spanning across 1.74 acres, the project will consist of luxury apartments, and would target homebuyers in the National Capital Region (NCR). The project is scheduled to be launched by the end of this year and is expected to be completed within 48 to 60 months.

The land parcel which has been by Kanodia Group is located near Medanta Hospital and Huda City Centre Metro station. With a development potential of over 142 million sq. ft., SPRE has a presence in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Kolkata, with a variety of developments, from luxury apartments to mid-income range homes as well as one of the largest mass housing projects in India.
