Shivalaya Construction has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) by Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDCL) for a major infrastructure developmentt valued at Rs 690.24 crore.
The work involves the widening and improvement of State Highway-106 (formerly NH-30), covering the Deedarganj–Fatuha–Bakhtiyarpur–Karzan road corridor in Bihar. The contract scope includes upgrading the existing road from km 0.000 to km 41.270 to a four-lane configuration.
The work will be executed under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode, ensuring that Shivalaya Construction will be responsible for design, procurement of materials, construction, and commissioning of the project within the stipulated time frame. This critical infrastructure initiative is expected to improve connectivity between key towns in Bihar, and facilitate smoother movement of goods and passengers.
