Smartworks Coworking Spaces has launched SmartVantage, a specialised solution aimed at supporting foreign companies in setting up and scaling large Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India.
In a recent regulatory filing, the company announced that SmartVantage will offer entire building campuses—some exceeding 5,00,000 sq. ft.—customisable to meet the specific needs and identity of each GCC. With a portfolio of 12 million sq. ft. across 14 cities in India and Singapore, Smartworks aims to provide multi-city continuity and swift operational readiness, with office delivery timelines as short as 60 days.
Neetish Sarda, Founder and MD, highlighted the critical need for flexibility and rapid expansion capabilities for GCCs. Additionally, Smartworks will leverage curated alliances to assist clients with legal, compliance, taxation, recruitment, operational consulting, and R&D support, creating a holistic ecosystem for global enterprises entering India.
