Sobha, a listed real estate developer headquartered in Bengaluru, has announced its entry in Greater Noida with the launch of a luxury housing project named Sobha Aurum. The company plans to invest approx. Rs 800 crore in developing this premium residential enclave, as part of its broader expansion strategy in the Delhi-NCR region.
Located in Sector 36, the project spans 3.46 acres and comprises two high-rise towers over 45 floors, offering 420 luxury units. The configurations include one-BHK homes starting at Rs 1.12 crore, two-BHKs at Rs 1.92 crore, three-BHKs at Rs 2.30 crore, and four-BHKs priced at Rs 3.48 crore. Select units will feature private terraces and corner balconies, catering to the demand for upscale urban living. Sobha had acquired the project land for around Rs 160 crore through auction.
With a total development potential of 9.3 lakh sq. ft., Sobha Aurum has secured all regulatory approvals. More than 2.5 acres will be reserved for open and recreational areas, including a 15,072 sq. ft. clubhouse, lap and leisure pools, a kids’ play zone, multi-sport court, and exhibition lawn. This marks Sobha’s first project in Greater Noida and fifth in Delhi-NCR.
