Sumadhura Group expects revenue of approx. Rs 4,000 crore from its three major projects located in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The Group is strategically expanding its portfolio in these cities, focusing on high-end and luxurious residential developments.
The first project, Sumadhura Epitome, is situated in Rachenahalli, North Bengaluru, near Manyata Tech Park. This Mediterranean-themed development spans 3.5 acres and includes a total saleable area of 4.38 lakh sq. ft. The initial phase will consist of 262 residential units, including two, three and four BHK options across 14-storey towers. The completion of this phase is expected by the end of 2027. The second project, Sumadhura Capitol Residences, is located at Hope Farm Junction in East Bengaluru, close to Whitefield.
Spread across 4.1 acres, this project offers a saleable area of over 6.63 lakh sq. ft. It includes four 16-storey towers with 405 units, available in one, two, three, and four BHK configurations. Like Sumadhura Epitome, its completion is slated for 2027. In Hyderabad, Sumadhura Palais Royale stands out as an ultra-luxury project located in the city's financial district. Covering 7.35 acres, this 52-story high-rise features 523 premium residential units, including four-and-five-bedroom luxury residences, and boasts a total saleable area of 2.6 million sq. ft.
Sumadhura Group has plans for further growth, with 40 million sq. ft. of residential developments in the pipeline. It has also diversified its portfolio into commercial real estate, warehousing, and co-living spaces.
