TT has commenced commercial production at its new factory in Howrah, West Bengal, from July 2025.

The facility, spanning 1.25 lakh sq. ft. in the West Bengal Hosiery Park, leverages the region’s strong knitting cluster, skilled labour pool, and logistical advantages due to proximity to Kolkata and the port, facilitating exports. The new unit will manufacture innerwear and casual wear to meet the rising demand in the domestic market and to capitalize on emerging export opportunities.

The company plans to produce 3.5 to 4 million pieces annually from this facility once full-scale operations begin in Q3/2025. The factory also has the potential to double its capacity in the next three to six months after stabilising operations. Additionally, the plant will serve as a distribution hub for the eastern Indian market.

To meet global export standards, the company has installed machinery from reputed international suppliers and registered for SEDEX certification, ensuring compliance from Day One.
