The AP Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has issued a tender for the construction of a comprehensive Governor’s Residence Complex in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.
The contract involves the development of multiple facilities, including the Governor's Mansion, Assembly Durbar Hall, Governor’s Office, two guest houses, six officer quarters, twelve senior staff quarters, and twenty junior staff quarters. Additionally, the Complex will feature 40 supporting staff quarters, barracks with 20 rooms, a 144-room barrack accommodation, and a boundary wall . The entire construction will be an RCC structure with high-side MEP installations.
The contract, with an estimated cost of Rs 162.4 crore, has a completion period of 12 months Further, the period of defect liability period (DLP) is 24 months from the date of work completion.
Bid submisison is set to close on 20 November, 2025.
