Water Resources Department (WRD), Rajasthan has issued a tender for the development of a pressure irrigation system under the Guru Jambheshwar Lift Canal (GJLC) system, part of the Indira Gandhi Canal Project (IGNP) Stage-II.
The contract involves the installation of a modern pressure irrigation network covering 3,007.82 hectares, along with remodeling work to enhance the existing GJLC infrastructure. The estimated project cost stands at Rs 111.59 crore. The initiative aims to improve water efficiency and support sustainable agriculture in the region. This project represents a significant step towards modernising irrigation facilities, supporting the state's agricultural growth and water management goals.
Interested bidders must submit their proposals by the closing date of 17 November, 2025.
