The Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Department, Odisha, has invited four separate bids for various works of rural piped water supply project in the state.
The scope of work involves execution of two individual rural piped water supply projects pertaining to the Gandia & Bhuban block of Dhenkanal district under Package-I. The estimated value of the project is Rs 339.38 crore.
The second tender involves execution of rural piped water supply project pertaining to the Jajpur & Binjharpu blocks of Jajpur district under Package-II. The value of the project is Rs 289.36 crore.
Another tender has been floated for execution of two individual rural piped water supply projects pertaining to the Danagadi, Dharmasala & Rasulpur blocks of Jajpur district under Package-III. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 284.58 crore.
The scope of work of the fourth tender involves execution of two individual rural piped water supply projects pertaining to the Baliguda & Tikabali blocks of Kandhamal district under Package-IV. The estimated value of the project is Rs 197.65 crore.
The EPC contracts include five years of operation and maintenance (O&M). The above works is to be completed in 24 months.
