Strategically located in the heart of Tirupati, the development with 120 modern units, will offer upscale amenities including all-day dining, the signature Oakbar, a swimming pool, and a fully equipped fitness centre.

Designed to cater to a diverse set of lifestyle needs, the property will provide a high-quality stay experience aligned with Oakwood’s global standards. The project is being developed by KBR Homes India, a subsidiary of Bangalore-based KBR Infratech, known for over three decades of experience in commercial, residential, and institutional infrastructure development.
