Mahindra Lifespaces is amplifying efforts to develop its upcoming projects in Pune, Maharashtra and the company exepects to launch its Wagholi project in the upcoming weeks.
The developer has acquired 5.4 acres of land parcel in the area, with an estimated development potential of 15 lakh sq. ft. The site is strategically situated in the east Pune locality, and is surrounded by well-developed social infrastructure which includes well-known educational institutes.
The company has three ongoing projects in the city including two in Pimpri-Chinchwad and flagship 'Happinest' project in Tathawade.
In the commercial space, the company is in the process of acquiring land in Bhor, near Pune for its industrial cluster project under brand name 'Origins'. The company expects the project to be launched by FY25.
