The company plans to develop a 1.2 million sq. ft. Grade-A logistics park with an investment of Rs 550 crore. This marks their entry into a growing logistics micro-market in Maharashtra, enhancing their position in the state’s warehousing corridor. Located strategically in the Talegaon-Chakan belt, the site offers exceptional connectivity to key cities like Pune, Mumbai, and Nashik. It is close to the Pune Ring Road and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, offering direct access for logistics and manufacturing operations.

The park will feature four buildings with sizes ranging from 1,00,000 to 3,50,000 sq. ft. Designed for high-demand sectors like e-commerce, 3PL, and manufacturing, the facility will offer a clear height of 19 mtrs., making it ideal for advanced storage and high-efficiency operations. The development is ready for construction with infrastructure already in place.
