1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

  • SAAG RR Infra, a subsidiary of SAAG Consolidated (M) Bhd bagged an order worth Rs.12 crore from Bhawan Cybertek for construction of IT Park at Okkiyam Thoraipakkam near Chennai.
  • KLG Systel bagged order worth Rs.24 crore from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JVVN) and Punjab State Electricity Board for its proposed feeder renovation programme. Work on the project is scheduled for completion within 10 months.

  • Tata Power for balance of plants for 1x120 MW power plant (Unit 6) and 132 kV transmission line with related works for line from Jojobera to Tata Steel works.
  • Sepco Electric Corpn, China for erection of four boilers of captive power plant of Vedanta's Alumina plant at Jharsuguda in Orissa. (project details)
  • Rail Vikas Nigam for supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 25 kV, 50 Hz, single phase, tarction overhead equipment, switching station and other associated works related with patch doubling of Pullampet-Nandalur section of Guntakal division of SC railway.

  • Aconex along with British Gas Exploration and Production India (BGEPIL) bagged an order to provide online information management service to NRPOD, the Mid Tapti Gas Field expansion project, offshore Mumbai. NRPOD is part of a $500 million expansion and development of the mid-Tapti gas field situated 160 km north-west of Mumbai. The Tapti field is Operated by a joint venture comprising BGEPIL, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation and Reliance Industries.

  • Voltas Ltd bagged an electro-mechanical contract worth Rs.495 crore for the Bahrain City Centre project. The order will be fulfilled by June 2008.
  • Suzlon Energy, through its international business arm, Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation of USA, won an order for the supply of 50 units of Suzlon-made S86 turbines wind turbines of capacity 2.1 MW each from the Edison Mission Group. The overall order book position of Suzlon Energy stands at Rs.4,587 crore including Rs.3,787 crore of overseas orders.
