Three Gujarat-based companies - Adani Ports & SEZ, Super Handlers, and Empezar Logistics, have submitted proposals to establish a multimodal logistics park across 174 acres in Greater Noida.
The project, expected to attract at least Rs 1,200 crore in investment, supports Uttar Pradesh’s broader goal to enhance its industrial and logistics ecosystem under the Greater Noida Master Plan 2041. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had invited proposals to lease the land for 90 years. The proposed logistics hub will include cargo yards, warehouses, skill development centres, and other cargo-related facilities.
Strategically located near the under-construction Noida International Airport, the site offers connectivity to both the eastern and western dedicated freight corridors. A screening committee will evaluate the proposals, with final decisions made by an allotment committee. This initiative forms part of Uttar Pradesh’s larger plan to reserve 17,000 acres for multimodal logistics parks to help grow the state’s economy to USD one trillion.
Companies investing a minimum of Rs 1,000 crore are eligible for up to 30 percent subsidy on land costs, with additional incentives for private capital and land contributions.
