Adyaraj Developers has emerged as the lowest bidder ( L1) by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for a major educational infrastructure work at the Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. The financial bid, valued at Rs 147.42 crore, was opened on 08 July, 2025.

The project involves the construction of four school buildings on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis. The detailed scope of work includes the construction of School of Law and Governance (G+2) with provisions for an additional floor in the future, and School of Business Studies and Management (G+1) with scope for two additional floors. For Health Science Building, the structure will have G+1 with provision for two additional floors, and School of Physical and Chemical Sciences (G+2) will have provision for an additional floor.

The work also covers comprehensive internal and external infrastructure, including lifts, water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, stormwater management, roads, parking, internal electrical works, street lighting, firefighting systems, fire alarms, UPS, substation, LAN (active and passive), and solar photovoltaic panels.
