The Government of Rajasthan has approved a transformative project worth around Rs 3,700 crore, appointing NBCC (India) as the lead agency to design, build, and market a large-scale mixed-use infrastructure initiative.
Spread across 95 acres of Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) land along B2 Bypass, Tonk Road, Jaipur, the project is positioned as a major growth catalyst for the state. The centrepiece will be the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, planned on approx. 25 acres with a built-up area of over two lakh sq. mtr., designed to accommodate 7,000–7,500 delegates, making it one of the largest convention facilities in the region.
Complementing this will be the Global Capability Centre (GCC) Tower, an IT Tower, luxury hotels, and new commercial and residential infrastructure, aimed at enhancing Jaipur’s stature as a global hub for business, technology, and tourism. This integrated development underscores the government’s commitment to modern infrastructure, investment attraction, and long-term urban transformation.
