Arihant Superstructures (ASL), a leading real estate developer in the affordable and mid-income segment, reported significant business expansion in Q1/FY26.

The company acquired 11 acres at ‘Town Villas’, increasing the project size to 88 acres, and an additional 1.5 acres for a five-star hotel at ‘World Villas’ in Maharshtra, expanding it to 90 acres. Occupancy Certificates (OC) were received for Arihant Anmol and Arihant Clan Aalishan, enabling the delivery of 803 units over 7,23,635 sq. ft.

Established in 1994 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, ASL currently has 19 ongoing projects across MMR and Jodhpur, with a revenue potential of Rs 125 billion, covering 17,500 units over 18 million sq. ft.

Around 75 percent of projects are strategically located within 10–30 minutes of the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. With 19 percent of ongoing developments under an asset-light model, ASL operates across 12 highgrowth micro-markets. The company has also ventured into luxury projects, including villas, a five-Star hotel, and a sports gymkhana, building on a legacy of 12,000+ units delivered across 62 projects.
