The Chief Justice of Telangana High Court, Aparesh Kumar Singh, performed the bhumi puja for the construction of a new High Court complex in Rajendranagar on 24 September.
The ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including High Court Judges, Advocate General A Sudarshan Reddy, Chief Principal Secretary (R&B) Vikas Raj, and Bar Association members. A 100-acre land for the project has been allotted. DEC Infrastructure, led by Managing Director Anirudh Gupta, will execute the project, which is estimated to cost Rs 1,550 crore.
The construction is expected to be completed within three years, delivering a modern judicial facility to serve Telangana’s people. The new complex aims to enhance judicial infrastructure and efficiency in the state, reflecting the government's commitment to improving public services and legal administration.
