The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has invited bids to select executing agencies for the preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs) for green hydrogen hubs across india.
These proposals fall under Component-B1 of the National Green Hydrogen Mission. SECI seeks technical partners to help states and union territories plan and design viable hydrogen infrastructure projects aligned with national green energy goals.
The Green Hydrogen Mission, spearheaded by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), aims to establish large-scale hydrogen hubs to serve as the backbone of India’s clean energy and decarbonisation strategy. Key components of the mission include the SIGHT Programme, which offers incentives for electrolyser manufacturing and green hydrogen production, in addition to pilot projects, R&D, regulatory frameworks, and skill development.
The bid submission deadline is set for 16 October, 2025.
