Ceigall India’s subsidiary, Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway has received the appointed date from NHAI for the Rs 981 crore Ludhiana–Bathinda Greenfield highway development project.
The contract involves constructing a six- lane access-controlled highway along NH-754AD, connecting Moga-Barnala Road near Tallewal village to the Delhi-Katra Expressway near Ballowal village in Ludhiana, covering km 30+300 to km 75+543. This highway is a crucial segment of the Ludhiana–Ajmer Economic Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojna Phase-I. Executed under the hybrid annuity model (HAM), the project has a construction timeline of 24 months followed by a 15-year operation period.
Ceigall’s leadership emphasized the corridor’s role in enhancing travel, logistics efficiency, and regional growth. This project, along with other contracts like the Rs 509.20 crore Aerotropolis internal roads project in Mohali, reinforces Ceigall’s position in India’s infrastructure development landscape.
