DLF is planning to develop shopping malls across India.
The company will invest up to Rs 3,000 crore by 2016 to develop shopping malls on four million sq ft of retail space. The projects will be funded through internal accruals. The new retail malls will come up in Delhi, NCR, Jalandhar (Punjab), Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Kolkata, Chennai, Kochi (Kerala) and, Indore (Madhya Pradesh). Currently, the company has about 10 operational malls across India.
