Dee Vee Projects has won a Rs 441.92 crore contract by NBCC (India) for the comprehensive construction and development of the permanent campus of the Central University of Odisha at Sunabeda.
The project, to be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) model, includes the development of multiple key infrastructures. These encompass an academic building, hostel building, auditorium, gym and indoor sports facility, shopping centre, student centre and cafeteria, guest house, sub-station, AC plant room, engineers and estate building, water tank, along with external development works.
The contract outlines a completion timeline of 24 months from the commencement date. This large-scale project aligns with the government’s focus on enhancing educational infrastructure and providing state-of-the-art facilities in emerging academic hubs.
The development is expected to significantly boost regional growth, academic outreach, and student amenities in Odisha, further strengthening Dee Vee Projects’ position in the national infrastructure landscape.
