Good Host Spaces has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) by the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) for the development of student accommodation facilities under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.

The scope of work includes the design, development, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of two major hostel blocks—Vaigai Hostel and Sarayu Hostel—on the IIT Madras campus. The bid value for the project stands at Rs 171.96 crore. It marks a significant step in leveraging private sector expertise in campus development. 

Once awarded, the project is expected to improve student amenities and support the institute’s ongoing expansion efforts. Good Host Spaces is known for managing large-scale student housing projects across the country, and this contract would add to its growing educational infrastructure portfolio.
